Today I’m
grateful for:
- Cool mornings
- Deciding to take a morning walk today
- Living close to a large park
- Sun salutations
- Chickadees
- Stopping to help a worm and a caterpillar out of foot traffic
- Tuning in to natural hunger cues
- Sunlight through our bedroom window
(Jasper enjoying his patio) - A working phone
- Being able to see all of the beautiful colours in the world
- My supportive family
- My awesome boyfriend
- Great computer speakers
- mindbodygreen and the inspiring articles that they post
- Discovering new blogs because of Vegan MoFo!
- Afternoon snacks
(Rye toast, roasted garlic, beautiful fresh tomato, basil, sea salt) - Hot water with lemon and mint
- The moment when the dishes are done and the kitchen is clean again
- Can openers
- Hoodies
- Leftover sushi
- Affirmations
- Tony Robbins audiobooks
- My Grandpa
- Remembering that there is peace in the present moment
- My favourite apron
- Finding an onion in the fridge when I thought there were none
- An afternoon nap
- Chickpeas
- Vegan cookbooks!
